Legends Global has hired Pawel Brzezinski as Executive Vice President of Premium Hospitality Experience, tapping a 20-year veteran who scaled Jean-Georges Management's restaurant empire from fine dining into a lifestyle brand encompassing hotels, residences, and private clubs.
Before joining Legends, Brzezinski served as COO at Jean-Georges Management, overseeing more than 70 restaurants globally. He launched Chez Margaux, the company's first private members' club, and opened 14 restaurants in 18 months while driving double-digit revenue growth through member engagement strategies. His resume includes senior roles at Seaport Entertainment Group, Levy Restaurants, and Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment.
"Pawel's track record of building world-class hospitality experiences at scale makes him the ideal leader to drive our premium hospitality vision forward," said Tom Funk, President of Hospitality at Legends Global.
In his new role, Brzezinski will develop scalable service protocols, design proprietary training programs, collaborate with sales and marketing on product innovation, and advise owners, municipalities, and league partners. The mandate: consistency and memorability across Legends' expanding venue portfolio, including upcoming premium spaces at Buffalo Bill's Highmark Stadium and NYCFC's Etihad Park.
"I'm honored to join Legends Global at a time when premium hospitality is redefining what it means to connect with guests," Brzezinski said. His experience implementing technology transformations and data-driven decision-making at Jean-Georges positions him to blend operational rigor with personalized guest experiences.
The hire reflects a broader industry shift toward integrated, lifestyle-centric hospitality in live entertainment environments. Younger, more discerning audiences expect tailored experiences that transcend traditional food and beverage service—a trend Legends is betting Brzezinski can capitalize on as premium hospitality becomes a revenue driver, not just an amenity.
